Want to learn Tae Kwan Do? The best place to go is Lyndell Institute. The instructors are nice, no physical contact, you can also buy a water for only one dollar!!! They make you learn the fun way! We play tae kwan do ball which you use different techniques to hit the ball and run around the bases. I've only been going for two years and I'm already a green belt!!!
